Bedilia is a Research Technician at the Laboratory for Child Brain Development at Washington University in St. Louis. She graduated from Macalester College in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, a minor in Spanish, and a concentration in Community and Global Health. Her research interests include exploring how a child’s environment can influence their cognitive development, with a particular focus on the role of parent-child relationships in the emergence of child psychopathology. She is planning to apply to medical school in the future.
